MARMAR's plant is situated in Berriatua, a small town in the Vizcaya province, with very good connections to the chief cities and major towns in the region. It is close to the A8 motorway and near the airports of Bilbao, Vitoria, San Sebastián and Biarritz.

There are several roads leading to Berriatua:
If you come from Bilbao or Vitoria, exit the A8 at the Amorebieta junction and take the BI-635 road to Gernika, then pick up the BI-2238 road via Lekeitio to Berriatua. Alternatively, exit the A8 at Durango and take the BI-633, driving up the Trabakua pass to Markina-Xemein and from here to Berriatua.


If you come from San Sebastián, you can exit the A8 either at Deba and pick up the BI-633 road direction Ondarroa to reach Berriatua or at Elgoibar and take the GI-2636 and then the BI-2636.

The plant lies between the urban sprawls of Ondarroa and Berriatua and is accessible by the BI-633 road.
